This month...

was packed with creative photo sessions. I know Im going to have to split this up into several posts. So, here's Part One.

We'll start with the final images in the Vikings series. This time it was Jessica who brought the carnal and wild power to the studio. She has a power of self that is rarely seen by us mere mortals. A creative, a an artist and by all means, wild (in a great way).

Leatherwork, dreads and a willingness to create together turned out to be the recipe for success with these images. Building toward the final result with each frame we shot, we laughed, second-guessed and yes, even made laughable mistakes, but created memories that will not be soon forgotten.

A Rose Regrown...

I have known Lisa since early 2021. I have seen her win. I have seen her fail. I have never seen her quit. Her constant drive is almost indescribable, and since I am no word smith, I won’t attempt to do so.

In the not-to-distant past, the universe threw her into a hurricane—both physically and mentally. Emerging from the storm, she became stronger, more determined, and just MORE. It was a process. It was an event greater than the sum of its parts. She is now the storm itself.

Though there are many images we created together during her session, one was selected as the cover of the June 2025 issue of Praze Magazine.

Marissa as Feyre

I'll admit that I really don't know much about the Archeron series. Thankfully, Marissa is an absolute pro. We had talked about creating a series of images from the book series—specifically the time when Feyre painted. As the time passed in this session, I learned more and more about the series, and honestly began to understand why it is so popular.
